AiRelo, the simple digital tool to register your new address is now available in Multi-interfaces and Multi-languages

AiRelo, the chatbot saving a growing number of people who are moving cities or countries time and stress when registering their new address. The bot has now been further developed since its launch last year, and now offers both multi-language and multi-interface features, to make the bureaucratic process even simpler!

Berlin, Germany, July 18 – AiRelo, the smart relocation assistant launched last November, designed to make registering in a new city as quick and easy as possible. AiRelo does most of the work for you – anytime, anywhere, and now in multiple languages across several interfaces.

The ‘No apps, no downloads, and no sign-ups’ concept still applies to the bot to maintain the simple and user-friendly format of the tool. AiRelo was first launched on Facebook messenger to emphasise the natural and user-friendly conversation level, emulating the informality of chatting to friends and family via the popular messenger app. The smart tool has since launched its own web bot and has also been embedded in the SoftBank humanoid robot, Pepper. Check out the video here https://airelo.me/more-interfaces/ to see Pepper introducing the concept of AiRelo.

To start chatting with AiRelo, the user simply selects their desired language, city,  and have the option to save even more time by taking a picture of your passport to autocomplete and/or answer some simple questions to get the city registration form filled out and validated in the local language, with next steps’ instructions.

Since 2017, AiRelo has already made huge progress. Over the past few months, AiRelo has formed partnerships with various organizations and institutions, including universities, insurance companies and international companies. For example, once you’ve completed the form via the chatbot, you can ask for ‘ health’  or ‘ insurance’ and it will provide you with information about partner service providers such as BARMER. By collaborating with companies that provide services for new citizens in Berlin, the product is continuously adding value to its service as well as continuing to make life easier for international expats.

To continue to grow and constantly improve, AiRelo is reaching out to compatible service providers to become potential partners in the near future. Additionally, companies will now be able to white label the AiRelo technology to make the registration easier for their employees.

Additionally, AiRelo has been highlighted by several magazines including Gruenderszene and Silicon Allee, as well as belonging to trusted associations such as German Startup Association and Facebook Accelerator.
