01 Wie kam es zu der Idee des Startups?
Ich hatte genug von rätselhaften und schon ungesund klingenden Zutatenlisten auf meinem Beef Jerky und dachte mir einfach, dass muss und kann man besser machen! Also habe ich meinen Job gekündigt, die Firma gegründet und lebe jetzt meinen Traum.

Ich habe meine Ersparnisse investiert und bis jetzt ist alles „gebootstraped“. 2018 ist ein Umsatz von 1,5 Mio € geplant, sodass ein Investor auch weiterhin hoffentlich nicht nötig sein wird.
