Stellt Euch doch bitte einmal vor
Hi, wir sind die Wurstgeschwister Anja, Nadine und Daniel und ja, wir sind tatsächlich Geschwister (die Frage kam schon öfters ?). Wurstgeschwister ist ein Online Shop für Wurst und Hausmannskost aus der Familienmetzgerei im Münsterland. Die Wurst wird bei uns noch händisch hergestellt. Die Gerichte wie zum Beispiel Eintöpfe, herzhafte Suppen aber auch Rouladen basieren auf alten Familienrezepten. Wir kochen diese frisch und wecken sie dann ein, konservieren die Gerichte also in einem Glas. Es muss nichts gekühlt werden und die Gläser können wieder genutzt werden. Neben klassischer Hausmannskost kochen wir aber auch Currywurst, Schweinebäckchen in Rotweinsauce oder Pulled Pork ein.

01 Wie kam es zu der Idee des Startups?
Letztes Jahr haben wir unseren Online Shop aufgebaut und das Unternehmen gegründet. Die Gründung stand da erst einmal gar nicht zur Debatte, da Anja und Nadine noch in ihren festen Jobs (als Redakteurin und Bildungsreferentin) waren. Wir wollten zunächst einen Online Shop für die Produkte aus der Metzgerei unseres Vaters bauen, weil Freunde und Bekannte in Hamburg und Berlin oft nachgefragt haben, ob wir ihnen Wurst aus der Heimat mitbringen können. Als wir dann darüber nachgedacht haben, wie wir das Ganze umsetzen können, hatten wir viele eigene Ideen und Vorstellungen, die letztendlich zur Gründung geführt haben. Und da sind wir jetzt.

02 die zukünftigen Pläne?
Jetzt steht erstmal das Weihnachtsgeschäft an. Zum November hin bieten wir wieder unseren Wurstadventskalender an, den wir gerade planen. Außerdem wird es Wurstboxen speziell für Firmen geben, die wir in diesem Jahr zusätzlich zu unseren acht Geschenkboxen anbieten.
