We built Xeno with the mission to help small and medium-sized enterprises across the world grow their business through smart, personalised marketing. Excessive messaging or advertising has a very negative effect on customer satisfaction because retailers are irritating their customers. Secondly, retailers are wasting a great deal of money on activities that aren’t selling anything.
